Orders & returns
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items cannot be returned. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page to start the process.
Q: How do I make an exchange?
A: Exchanges are processed like returns. Submit a return request, and then place a new order for the item you want instead.
Q: When are pre-order items shipped?
A: For pre-order items, shipping times vary depending on the product. The estimated shipping date is specified on the product page. We are unable to ship pre-order items before the specified date.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You can always cancel your order as long as the shipping process hasn't yet started. To cancel it, send us an email to tuulenstudio@gmail.com.
You can always request to remove one or more items from your order, or request a change of address as long as the shipping process hasn't started.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please be aware that exceptions may apply to the standard processing time. Items will be shipped according to the specific shipping time indicated on each product's page.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Q: How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?
A: Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
Q: How long does standard shipping take?
A: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carriers speed.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship to most countries in Europe, not yet further overseas (hopefully in the future we will!). International shipping fees and times vary by destination.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
